We met so very late in life. We still have so much to give. I had to make you my sweet wife, You taught me how to live. I give to you all of my love, But that is just the start. The sun, the moon and stars above, But most of all, my heart. Please handle it with soft concern, For it is no small token. For as I live and love and learn, It’s chipped, and cracked and broken. But in your loving, tender hand, I know my heart's secure. There’s nothing our love can’t withstand, It always will endure.
