Do you ever wonder,
If things could ever be different? That people woudn't be sad, And no children were starving. Could we learn not to accept these things? We all have accepted it as a fact of life, And maybe it's too late. Things always turn out a certain way. People will be sad. There will always be problems, And children will starve. And no matter what we do, It will happen. It's all fate's doing, As unmanipulatable as time itself. Like a huge tsunami that washes up, We can't stop it. We can only try to ride the wave onto the shore, And clean up the wreckage around us.
