Today is "one of those days" Where nothing is right, Everything is mixed up Like that drink I'm longing for! Out of cereal this morning And the milk was growing hair. Left without breakfast, then Slipped on ice as I stepped out the door Was late for work After receiving ten stitches. Found a box on my desk: Inside, a dead cat. Missed my show in the evening Cuz the landlady called: Complaints from the neighbors Who don't like my Sox hat. And to top it all off I'm now official thirty-three. Another birthday went by Where no one thought of me.
