In the name of Almighty Allah (God) the Wise, the Most Merciful, the Most Beneficient and the All-Knowing! All praise be to Him!

A thousand stories make their way
to the story of my life,
gliding in or being forced to stay,
they construct my singular strife;
a saga that should continue
till all hope and thought is lost,
then I must remain, but as memory
treasured or loathed by hearts.
Then all my words would drift
in a silence ,
chosen to be unheard
or remembered for their worth.
All my struggles and efforts,
I hope will not be vain,
for it is spirit that helps me cling
to sanity and survive,
for determined continuation,
is verily the true manner and measure
of a real Muslim's life.
So that when life is ending,
and death knocks on my door,
my last emotion knows satisfaction
and my lips say the very words,
that from birth to grave I have known;
words only shown to those guided,
those who are destined to know ,
for there would always be some
who will never know the light.

Note: I have written about my life as a Muslim in this poem, my personal perspective and effort and my monotheistic belief. The light is the guidance that true faith can give a person and how I think that only people who are brave enough to trust in the Being who watches over us all, who can see the divine light that our God blesses us with, the light of faith.

May Almighty Allah (God) the Wise, the Most Merciful, the Most Beneficient and the All-Knowing bless and protect us, Aameen! All praise be to Him!
