Hiding in the tall grass far away from the world. I gaze at the sky above and listen to the noises that come from all around. As the wind pushes the blades of grass. It whispers in my ear be still, it says, and quiet too for the others are too near. I try so hard to make myself as small as small can be. Oh, the ladybug would tower over the tiny thing that I have become and keep me safe beneath her. But even then it’s not enough they discover my hiding place. With giggling glee they pounce and tickle me until the tears roll down my face. This time it’s my turn, I am it and laughing we start again. The best of times are spent with the best of friends playing the simplest of games.
