Persian:  Sapeedadam keh saba boo e dostaan geerad
              Chaman zay lutf e hawa nikhat e jinaan geerad
Urdu:      Saher jo baad e saba boo e dostaan rakhkhay
              Chaman ba lutf e hawa nikhat e jinaan rakhkhay

English:=== In the morning breeze the scent of your hair
                  It makes the garden with Eden compare
                                                  -

Persian:  Nawa e chang badansaan zanad sala e sabooh
              Keh peer e somaya rah e dar e mughaan geerad
Urdu:      Nawa e chang yiun daway hay daawat e baada
              Keh ja kay sheikh bhee sar bar dar e mughaan rakhkhay

English:=== The sound of music when the preachers hear
                  Of drinking and dancing they lose their fear
                                                  -

Persian:  Sheh e sapehr chun zarrin sapar kashad bar doush
              Ba taegh e subh o amoud e ufaq jahan geerad 
Urdu:      Rakhay hay shah e falak sar pay taaj e zarrin jab
              Ba taegh e subha hukoomat maen sab jahan rakhkhay

English:=== From the veil of night in the heavenly spheres
                  The sun comes out, and the morning appears
                                                  -

Persian:  Ba raghm e zaagh e siyah shahbaaz e sadranasheen
              Dar in maqarnas e zangaari aashiyaan geerad
Urdu:      Shikaar e zaagh e siyah ker kay shahbaaz e saher
              Bar auj e charkh e falak aek aashiyaan rakhkhay

English:=== The shining eagle with its golden rays
                  On the crow of the night it comes and preys
                                                  -

Persian:  Ba bazmgah e chaman roo keh khush tamaashaiest
              Key laala kaasa e nasreen o arghawan geerad
Urdu:      Ajab tamaasha bahaaraan ka hay gulistaan maen
              Keh laala kaasa e nasreen o arghawaan rakhkhay

English:=== Let's go to the park with the wine straight
                  Where cups in hand the tulips wait
                                                  -

Persian:  Cheh haalataest keh gul dar sahar numayad rukh
              Cheh aatishaest keh dar murgh e subhekhan geerad
Urdu:      Ho jalwa aisa, jo hay gul ki roonumaie maen
              Ho aag wo, jo dil e murgh e subhakhan rakhkay

English:=== Let's go and see the flowers of spring
                  And hear the birds as they wing and sing
                                                  -

Persian:  Cheh partooeast keh noor e charagh e subhe dahad
              Cheh shoolaeast keh dar shum e aasmaan geerad
Urdu:      Ho aks aisa, charagh e saher karay roushan
              Ho shoola wo, jo dil e shum e aasmaan rakhkhay

English:=== The sun will set in the garden soon
                  Let's sit and drink under the golden moon
                                                  -

Persian:  Khayaal e shahi agar neest dar sar e HAFIZ
              Chira ba taegh e sukhan arsa e jahan geerad
Urdu:      Khayaal e shahi naheen sar maen gar taray HAFIZ
              Toe kuin muteye ba taegh e sukhan jahan rakhkhay

English:=== And let's ask HAFIZ his verses to sing
                  For among the poets he is the king
