"...secrets told in smoke rings from behind closed shutters..."

This item requires reviews with ratings.
the blue earthenware tea cup from China is empty
our tears have dried on its edges, they are lovely stains

secrets told in smoke rings escape from behind closed shutters

I hear a stranger's words, I imagine your face lit with joy
oh you've smiled discreetly, like a fugitive dream at midnight

imprisoned, forgotten until a faraway day of judgment

in the morning I hope to find raindrops still on the window
and to remember the laughter I heard just before waking
