Back in my cube, with a couple of tasks,
Helping us out, whatever the boss asks. Could it be that I’m in my fullest capacity - Dream job, dream pay, and not lacking tenacity? Now, hard-nosed, I make a push Making that deadline would save my bottom. Leaving a message, maybe answering a call, Reaching for the golden sheep, or lamb - the bottom line is all. Typing hard and fast, I send an e-mail to my boss, Then type another message - always grateful, never cross. The new number one priority, a speedy edit and review - Then make the necessary changes, an assignment for you! Make some strong coffee, then thirsty for water. Back from the bathroom, hands washed, what a starter… Useful knowledge, something I’ve learned, Don’t procrastinate; get going, don’t get burned. Society’s best and brightest are here. The only normal feelings are fun and a little fear. Take heart and be clever, it’s the work that you do; That person with a face - that person is you!
