Starting Over
A short poem that I wrote a few years ago.

On a warm spring night with bright stars above,
a man and a woman take a chance at love.
Tempting fate with a new found friend,
neither knowing where to begin.

A gentle touch by hands made of stone,
from a man who doesn't want to be alone.
Soft kisses upon the bussom of his chest,
by a lady who knows she's really been blessed.

Romantic thoughts dance through the night,
as he gently kisses her in the soft moonlight.
He holds her in his arms in a tight embrace,
she willingly gives in as her heart starts to race.

A man and a woman starting over again,
neither of them knowing how it began.
Two hearts beating together as they take a chance,
by giving their love for one more dance.
