Each Birth is Celestial
a poem celebrating the wonder of women, pregnancy and birth.

The moon glows
satin cream icing.
Angels sprinkle dew
awaken sleeping seeds.
Nature shakes off old coats
new births burst forth proudly.

Precious child
tucked beneath my heart.
I make a holy promise
to cradle you safely in my seas.
Blessed, rich but humble,
perfection entrusted to me.

Motherly senses arrive,
my tiny hummingbird,
Amber draws sweet nectar.
This love is honor.
I offer food, warmth,
shelter built by love.

I gaze in awe,
this flawless child.
God smiles and laughs.
Angels applaud His perfection.
A novice star announce new life
as rainbows paint the sky.
