I am as soft as dandelion petals in the wind.
I am as sweet as lilacs. I will hold you tight as a vine, but a vine needs to cling to something. My eyes, like an eagle, see your freckles. You are always there. In a dream your warmth awoke me. Your breath made me smile. I opened a window to cool, and a sparrow greeted my sill. Head cocked as if to say "I am here". and then he was gone. S A Gibbins
