Assignment 2: Use the picture and the following prompt, written by Marlena, to write a poem.
"I dance in the agility of all life. Giving into my most inner needs which some may see as illusions. But they don't know me." ![]() I dance- in the agility of all life, in the fragility of my emotions, which some may see as illusions. But they don’t know me. I dance- giving into my most inner needs , giving into a sinner’s desires, which some may see as mistakes. But they don't know me. I dance. Waltzing through murky weeds, I leap over temptation’s fires, And take a bow before the reeds of illusion. Muddied, bloodied, and bruised is what they see, but they don’t know me. . In the agility of all life, I dance.
