Finding the Center
by Eila Algood Is there such a place within our being? It evades me, inspires me, and tires me The center is: a feeling inside that there is only peace knowing that life is as it as meant to be a sensation of balance freedom from doubt Meditate or contemplate? Let go or hold on? Forgive and move on? Love and release? The path is not clear or is it? The answer is complex or easy. The question is correct or not. Help Help me: Know peace Feel balance Experience wholeness Amidst the separation, anxiety and confusion Let me: Know peace Feel balance Experience wholeness Help Help me: See the illusion of separation Remove the anxiety Sharpen the clarity And hopefully, find the center.
