The Gift Of Love

The beautiful woman lights the candles,
She has set the table for two.
She is quite a beauty wearing -
a short crimson dress.

She smiles as she reads the love note-
that he wrote.
A valentine and pieces of peppermint-
he sealed the white envelope with a kiss.

The doorbell rings,
She answers the door.
He greets her with a kiss.
Holding a red rose and a teddy bear.

The lady and her man have a shrimp dinner.
They toast with a drink of white wine.

It is dark outside and the moon is bright.
