RAINBOW REVELATION
It happened that I went to sleep yesterday and awoke in new skin. It happened that no alarm sounded I awoke a quarter past 10. In a mob I watched This day begin… “You! Rainbow Man!” They shouted as I stepped fuzzy from my bed “Rainbow Lamb!” They jeered those voices filling my head from many grazing near the wood. He was speaking to… An oppressed collection mixed with those whose who remove hope who return their favor with necks in nooses under decorated hanging trees; ornaments on rope. "For a day," he said "you called me 'Rainbow Man' and experienced many healings by my hands, until I was besieged, betrayed, beaten, murdered; when asked, you replied 'nope'." I shook, I wept I heard a voice mine. To a day again... It happened that he’d awakened to cut free those in swinging graves with me. It happened that we are too confident a flock returning to bed, reset the clock he will awaken tomorrow... A wolf.
