Radiant
Love and summers spent outdoors in storms

** #1382225 Not An Image **

Soft fingered corn buoys our bodies embrace.
Antipodean summers of thunder
under radiant skies, filled with wonder,
we lay. Our promise makes sacred this place.

Electric breath across my skin arcs wild;
perhaps the heavens light show mimics ours?
To hold, to stroke, to taste and then devour,
sweet guidance makes a man out of this child.

And you, above, all haloed by the sun?
A goddess born of mortal in my sight.
Could eyes ever behold a love so bright?
Two souls mixed in the fire of flesh as one.

February's rain breaks gently - divine;
framing the beauty of my Valentine.
