In the name of Almighty Allah (God) the Wise, the Most Merciful, the Most Beneficient and the All-Knowing! All praise is to Him!

When the thunder rumbles in the sky,
when shadows of the night take flight,
my eyes begin thir desperate search
for the one sight that might never find,
they try to bring back what they've left behind

My empty bed is a harsh reminder
of what you were to me,
in my heart is an ache,
only your handsome touch could soothe,
the thirst burning in my throat
only the fountain of your love could quench

When the world threatened to pass me by,
I sought shelter in your arms,
when I would tear my fragile heart,
you would sew it back to whole
I can still remember your anger,
when I would make you wait out my door,
I still can your guarding shadow
fall on my self like before...

Oh if I could just turn back time
and unscrew every clockwork,
If I could just trace my steps
so they lead me back to you
If I could just close my eyes
and let the night fall
knowing that when I feel afraid
to you I can always call
and that you'll come to me,
come and wipe my my tears,
come to me and erase all my fears.

Till the morning shines again,
wide awake I pray for my wish to come true
and think whether or not,
the sun will be able to
absorb the sadness in every tear
that I have cried for you
is its warmth strong enough
to dry all the tears on my pillow...

May Almighty Allah the Wise, the Most Merciful, the Most Beneficient and the All-Knowing bless and protect us, Amin! All praise is to Him!
