Broken Love
My soul longs to tell you just what I am feeling, but you have censored my words, my heart, my being. Shattered trust stains our once most perfect of loves. Warmth has departed, leaving only sorrow. Streaming tears fall, silently. Our love, broken! By Hannah A Boonstra Brain Function Poem Word count: 11,10,9,6,4,2,1 Written for "Pond Poetry Contest"
