Passing By

I see him walking by my window there.
His face appears to have a heavy care,
and though he may not pass by here again,
I wish that he would try and comprehend.

I wonder if if he ever thinks of me.
Am I in a future he can foresee?

My feelings for him remain unobscured.
I wonder if he ever thought of more,
like what the two of us could surely be.
We need to take the time and just be free.
