Sleeping with a loved one

I knew you felt bad
As you fell asleep.
You appeared sad
but, said it would keep.

You'r inner most thoughts
You keep to yourself.
Not wanting to share
not trusting I care.

I want you to know
I'll always love you.
Wherever you go
My heart will go to.

In your peacefull sleep
Our hearts beat as one.
Our words will keep
Until our sleep is done.
