The bells rang out in Market Square
And split the air; Disturbing peace, Such joy released. The open church revealed a bride, Her sweet smile wide; The groom in tow, His face aglow. Confetti thrown with many cheers, Through Mother's tears. The couple thrilled, Their dream fulfilled. Minute Poem: Three stanzas of 8-4-4-4 syllables, iambic metre. Rhyme scheme: aabb ccdd eeff.
