inspired by the Danish film, "The Perfect Human" by Lars Von Trier
I shave my faults in the stubble from my face. I dress to express my inner creativity. I eat and savor every bite to nourish my soul. I snap through the day to pass the time. I sing in my car on my way home from work. I dance with grace that no one can take away. I fall, not hurting, but instead in love. I lie down with loins aching for more. I make love to my friend, my joy, my life. I smoke to relieve the heat that we have shared I sleep, comfortably, with the knowledge that I am the perfect human.
