A bird in the spring skies
A poem about spring

I am a cloud in the April skies,
I am the rain that keeps this earth so alive;
put me together and see
what you reap from this extraordinary juxtaposition.

When a flower blooms,
a heart which can't be broken is born with it.
The undying love this season brings
is the realisation of real spring.

Across fields of green, along bright blue skies,
bathing in fountains of sunshine
you'll find me.

A nestling in the alcove
of a bluebird's nest,
overlooking the beauty that has begun to spring.
Sing in sweet voices that resound for miles
sew together life's beauty with your eyes.
Let not a tear be shed to rear back into fall's sorrows.

Wet, green grass, under the wings of every flight in the sky.
A pillow to rest your head on when too hard seems life's own headrest.

Gardens redolent, with the perfume of early spring,
the scented art of blooming flowers, so truly galvanizing.

Fruits on trees ripen, in the cove of Nature's nurturing hands.
Life angles from desert; teeming with the beauty on lands.

Dew condenses on petals of flowers,
droplets of water on lilies bring far off oceans near.
Heartbeats cleanse hatred from every soul,
absolving the earth's heat into an invincible cool.

Shoulders that carry burdens heavy beyond measure
feel a strange freedom, stored in Nature's golden treasure.
Hands unite under the Divine Wing!
Behold the Creator's cultivated spring!

May Almighty Allah (God) the Wise, the Most Merciful, the Most Beneficient and the All-Knowing bless and protect us, Amin! All praise be to Him!
