A TO Z OF CHILDREN: an abcedarius poem

All around me I do find
Beating of drums and hearts,
Children enjoying their games,
Dancing over their warts.

Each of them, a true rascal,
Farts every now and then.
Grown-ups simply do not know,
Handkerchief they need when.

In a small room are holed up
Just a dirty dozen.
Kitten are cleaner than them,
Lovely they're but often.

Men and women, boys and girls,
None minds the little brats.
Often they tolerate them,
Perhaps like their pet cats.

Queens and kings also do have,
Reportedly, this vice.
Still parents often tell kids
To be so prim and nice.

Undeterred by such advice,
Voluble though it be,
Wander the kids all over,
X-changing a toffee.

Yellingly they open their
Zips, smilingly, everywhere.
