BLUE EYES: a ghazal
I am called by her eyes blue, Deep and clear like the skies blue. I will wait for my love till I see one day moonrise blue. I know that without me she Too, in night, often cries blue. Sometimes I have a dream that A rose for me she buys blue. I hope one day she does give To me such a surprise blue. Since blue is her pet colour, I wear silken neckties blue. Khalish, she's a beauty when Mascara she applies blue! • Written using 7 syllables a line scheme.
