Brynndolynn Brown- The Super Spy for the Real Reasons Why

The Real Reason Why You Should always, never, Never, NEVER Put Gum Under the Table

My Poppop saw me put gum under the table and he got mad at me. He said "Brynndolynn Brown. I'd better not ever see you put gum under the table." Well I had to know why, but all he would tell me is that it was gross and sticky. Poppop doesn't know about my super powers, so here I am again- The Super Spy for the Real Reason why you should never, Never, NEVER put chewing gum under a table.

What I found out is that when you open a piece of chewing gum and start chewing it that wakes up your mouth monsters. Mouth monsters love the smell of gum. As long as the chewing gum is in your mouth, the mouth monsters are harmless. They just play with each other and don't bother anyone.

Once you are done chewing the gum and the flavor and smell are all gone, that's when the mouth monsters can get dangerous. When you take the gum out of your mouth, some of the mouth monsters stay on it. If you throw it away in the trash, then the smell from the garbage puts the mouth monsters back to sleep.

But if you put the gum under the table, there is no smell to put them to sleep and they get hungry and will eat the table. Mouth monsters love tables and can eat a whole table in about ten minutes. I don't about you, but my Mom would get so mad if a mouth monster ate her dining room table.

Sometimes you see potholes in the road or holes in the sidewalk. Those are from mouth monsters too, because people threw their gum out where they weren't supposed to. So, in order to keep the world safe, you should never, Never, NEVER put chewing gum under the table or on the ground. Otherwise we would only have our laps to put food on and we'd be tripping all over the place from all those holes.
