A thick green foliage of jungle
waits in the dark, a predator. The twisted trunks of massive trees wind around one another in the gloom, as though each were trying to strangle the other. A mass of endless green knots, and tangled vines, on what was once a thriving forest floor. No flowers blooming. No birds chirping. No sound of forest creatures. Just endless, empty, silence. Yet beneath the mess of jungle lies a seedling, stretching towards a sky not yet seen. A small nose pokes inquistively from a hole in the undergrowth. There is still hope.
