Life is so ephemeral
That It is not certain
Whether we’ll see tomorrow
Or, at all breathe again.
Though they see too much of death,
Doctors do it avoid.
In spite of their best efforts,
Life often gets destroyed.
But it pinches when they are
Told they were negligent
And are even asked to feel
Guilty and repentant.
Doctors are human beings,
They’re not angels of god.
How can error of judgment
Be ever called a fraud?
Medicine is getting more
And more commercialized
Making it necessary
That it be legalized.
As per the consumer law
Doctors give services
In which the patients try hard
To find holes, crevices.
They are aided in this task
By the greedy lawyers.
Into defendants are turned
The patients’ defenders!
