(My mother -- A beautiful woman, Solving all the problems. You are remarkable. A confident woman -- You are my strength, And to me, my mother, you are my comfort. You are very important. You are more than the words I know how to say, Inspiring me to laugh and to write. You are my Mom -- You are always here For me, and now, You deserve something special, "I love you and thank you.") N.B. This follows a more French structure of a sonnet which is the rhyming scheme ABBAABBA CC DEDE. However, as noticed with the second quatrain the structure is broken, now making it ABBACDDC EE FGFG. N.B. Reviews: I realize the difficulty in reviewing a French poem (if you don't know the language) so if you're stuck then try just the English part ignoring rhyming schemes.
