He came closer, his deep blue eyes drawing her in.  His soft full lips parted slightly.  They glistened in the light as his tongue slowly caressed them.  She felt his hot breath kiss her face.  The scent of his cologne ignited passionate thoughts.  He smiled, disarming her.

"Open wide," he said, bringing the needle closer.
