** #1423124 Not An Image ** No breath, no shadow, no quiet sighs, No rustle of cloth as he moves. And yet, I know he walks beside me, My spirit, to salve and to soothe. The loneliness is lifted from me, I know I do not walk alone. And soon, when death comes, calling my name, He will be there to take me home. Soul carried, spirit kissed, welcome song, My heart will listen for his call. I know that he will fly beside me, My God, he will not let me fall.
