Gems & Gold
Don't always glitter and sparkle Sometimes they are disguised Obstacles and problems blocking the way Can you see possibilities, hope and chances Hidden in their darkness Gems & Gold Aren't always baubles and beads Sometimes they are difficult to see Ideas and thoughts living in our grey matter Can you visualize excitement and joy Always present in your being Gems & Gold Are the keys to life, no matter their form Sometimes they are covered in mud Pick them up or feel them in your fiber Can you make lemonade from lemons Or scowl from life's sourness
