My mind does find this stunning place
with fields of bean, others of corn.
The sway of stalks by wind, and sweet
scents filling the air; soft chirping.

Coffee in cup, enjoying life
with family, my friends and wife.

The scene in back, dogs barking loud,
children abound playing around.
happiness found, loving this place.
My O' my life's so fine this day.

Smiles on faces I love to see,
the cry when stung by buzzing bee.

This place a home where dreams come true
where deer frolic, grazing the fields;
the crows consume the corn at will,
and make a ruckus while they feast.

Some pork n' beans with dogs on roll;
these fields are pleasing to the soul..

This time, the time of life so pure,
living brings the most of being,
The whisper of songs soothe the heart,
songs you shall hear softly but clear.

Family and beautiful days,
peacefulness in all of its ways.
