Moonlight
A poem about moonlight.

Moonlight shines and dances,
Plays on the hill while night lasts,
She skims across the ocean shore,
During the serenade of the north star.

Runs across the woods,
Before the sun burns strong,
Singing with the clouds before,
The light returns, falling back down.

Floats in the water,
Never going too deep,
For the sun will arise,
And put you there for keeps.

You walk with the night,
Forever He is your friend,
Your light gives him delight,
But the sun's light dues him in.
