"Mommy, you stinky little rat!" Mommy gasps at her toddler's statement, and rebukes her quickly.
Later, a family picnic spread on the deck, Tink, the family Chihuahua (who inexplicably smells like fritos) grabs a sandwich and runs for the hills. "Tink," Daddy yells, "Come here, you stinky little rat!" And like morning light, understanding dawns.
