As the sun breaks out over the horizon distant I awake next to an angel my true love The rise and fall of our breathing remains consistent Seeing you sleeping I'm reminded of a dove So very beautiful and pure you are Yet here you are with me from afar I pull you into my arms and hold you close My hands run smoothly down your back I breathe you in leaving me comatose Watching you sleep I feel my body rack The yearning to kiss you is strong But disturbing your peace is nothing short of wrong Give me this moment that forever I may cherish I'll love you every moment past the day I perish.
