I thought this was a very useful class. I learned a lot. I would like one or two assignments to describe some of the different genres and how they vary from each other.

I found the lessons to be challenging. I actually think they could be made harder by requiring the student to do a writing assignment to practice the lesson every week. There is no better way to learn about writing than to apply it in a writing assignment.

Otherwise, I found this class excellent. I enjoyed it and learned a lot about things I didn’t know previously. Also, the support from the PI’s and AI’s was good as I got almost one-to-one reception.

I’d definitely recommend it to others and plan to take Novel Writing II.
