Trapped Within I Surrender...

TRAPPED WITHIN I SURRENDER...

The walls are shrinking around me
And so am I
I am trapped within this place
Within myself
And there is no way out
Nowhere to go
Nothing to do
To escape this mess I’ve gotten myself into
And so I let myself bleed
I let myself overflow with tears
And I let myself be consumed
By the darkness
By everything that surrounds me
By every emotion
That is making me sink deeper into sorrow
I surrender myself
I surrender my heart
To everything
And everyone
And let the moment consume me
Bit by bit
Until there is nothing left of me
Not a speck of my existence
Not a speck of remembrance
That I ever was
That I ever roamed this universe
And that I ever will
