Lullabies for Terror

-----------------------------------

Sing me silent,
Lull me dead.

I shush those demons,
The ones in your head.

Sooth those dreams,
Let them disappear.

Calm those screams,
Ones you won't want to hear.

Hanging corpses,
They do swing.

My dearest child,
This is why I sing.

Sing me silent,
Oh, lull me dead.

Twisted nights,
Do occupy my head.

Blatant murder,
Killer lies,

I see the terror,
Fill your little eyes.

-------------

Oh, devilish smile,
Do I hide.

Gore so gruesome,
The images they provide.

I bring you my baby,
Come closer to me.

I shield you my darling,
From all banshee.

-------------

Sweet words together,
Do I string.

My dearest child,
This is why I sing.

Oh lullaby,
Oh, how I lie.

You're tempting flesh,
That I do caress.

The haunting nights,
Putrid internal fights.

Easy my love,
Your neck will I wring.

Oh, my dearest child,
This is why I sing.

I sing you silent,
I lull you dead.

These are the demons,
I can't shush in my head.
