Treasure (Chapter 2)

TREASURE (Chapter 2)

The sun is playing hide and seek,
Allowing night to have its turn.
The silver moon begins to peek.
The haunting shadow now returns.

There on the chilly sandy shore,
Both Fin and Angel still remain.
His eyes are fixed on hers once more;
Their brilliance and beauty reign.

Fin doesn’t notice the dark,
The nightfall covering the skies;
All that he sees around is spark.
He’s hypnotized by Angel’s eyes.

They’re both frozen in a trance.
They do not stir nor leave the shore.
They lounge there with eyes that dance,
And drift to land of dreams so pure.

At last the sun wakes from its sleep,
And Fin and Angel sleep no more.
Birds chirp their melodies so sweet.
It's time for them to leave the shore.

The time has come for their adventure,
To go explore this unknown place;
So straight ahead they both venture,
For on this land they'll spend their days...
