Eeny, meeny, miny, moe.
This day is pretty slow.
I don't know where to begin,
since you’re stuck in my head again.
The thought of you tucked in my mind,
memories with you combined.
Your cute smile shines real bright,
I loose my breath at its sight.
It's hard remembering all the times we had,
some were good and some were bad.
It's weird saying your not mine,
I hate to admit it,
but you had me laughing every time.
It's those silly butterflies again,
chances are getting pretty slim.
There now fading away,
as it's getting late in the day.
Trust me I will never forget,
even though I’m filled with regret.
There’s a perfect image of you tattooed up in my head,
it weighs me down like a ton of lead.
Summer time is here at last,
but I’m not ready to put it in the past.
All I’m wishing for is one more time,
one more time to call you mine...
