LIFE AND DEATH


Though the reality of
Life is as black as death,
Yet it has a ray of hope
With which it makes a start.

Whether we follow the light
Or we chase the shadow,
Depends on what we pursue:
The shadow or the light.

It’s true that light and shadow
Both do walk arm in arm.
Some of us see the bright side,
Some view the life as dark.

Better have a positive
View of both life and death,
For both are one and the same.
All depends on our view.
