THE MEEK SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH

Using force against the weak
Is an act of cowardice;
Specially when it has a
Certain tinge of avarice.

Sending Marines to quell an
Uprising by civilians
Against aggression on them
Is an act of ruffians.

Putting civilians in jail,
As if, prisoners of war;
Torturing them without, on
Humiliation, a bar;

Is to be condemned by all
Those who talk of human right.
Let us honestly look at
This international fight.

US, ensconced in the West,
Highest consumer of oil;
Has got to import the same,
But is ready for a spoil;

So that it may get oil cheap
And its autos keep running;
Machines keep on churning arms
And the planes keep on humming.

Iraq, second largest source
Of crude oil, all of us know,
Wanted to sell out its oil
In exchange for the Euro.

That is why WMD,
Were by US were invented,
And, by telling cunning lies,
In media were planted.

Iraq has been bombed and maimed
And the women, children killed.
Why not say that all this was
By God Almighty so willed?

Why not say that meek, vanquished,
Iraq will one day survive?
One day its orphaned children
Will decisive war revive

Against those who orphaned them,
Ensconced in their Western shell;
The Meek will turn the White House
Into a real black hell.
