White Mouse - Grey Mouse
I’m a little white mouse Playing on my wheel. Run! Run! Run! Squeal! Squeal! Squeal! A very happy life I live In my house of wood. I have my nest of hay, My water and my food. Out there, The world we share, Grey mice Run. They all play Till dawn of day Having Fun. I have a little mate. She is white as well. She doesn’t use the wheel much; She prefers the tinkle bell. Sleeping through the day. Running through the night. Having an exciting time When Sun turns off its light. I see Mice like me. They are Free. But who’d Give them food? Who can they Be? Run! Run! Squeal! Squeal! Ring! Ring! Sleep. Daylight. Snooze tight. We don’t make a peep. Dreaming of different fur, Grey instead of white. Living in the wild, wild world. Freedom left and right. I’m free With those like me, Grey mice Play. Romp and prance, Leap and dance, Till the end of Day. It’s night. I wake. Yawn! Yawn! Squeal! Back in my house of wood Running on my wheel.
