Those
I feel like this a little too often for my taste.

Who are we, the lonely?
Those,
Who only blind eyes can see.

Who are we, the silent?
Those,
Who only deaf ears can hear.

Who are we, the fearful?
Those,
Who only stunted noses can smell.

Who are we, the weak?
Those,
Who only paralyzed limbs can carry.

Who are we, the damaged?
Those,
Who only broken hearts can mend.

Who are we?

The lonely.
