Two Sides.
I’ve seen two faces, seen two sides The one you show, the one you hide I’ve seen your moods, happy and sad I’ve lost the you I thought I had When you defend, you just attack Don’t care about what’s coming back You’re out to hurt, to cause most pain Why? Did I get too close again? On you and him. Who gives a damn He’s just another lonely man But you, you could have said before I smashed that ashtray on your floor You could have said I couldn’t stay Not play your games in that sick way Not ask him round while I was there Then act like you just did'nt care Too many beers? Or gins again? Sending your ‘Hyde side’ to your brain The side I’d hoped I’d never see The side that destroyed you and me Although I love you in my heart I’ve got to go before you start Before you put the blame on me For this hopeless catastrophe
