THE SHADOWY LIGHTHOUSE The beauty that once decorated every fiber of life has been whisked away like a dead leaf in the autumn wind. Summer’s sunshine has turned to treacherous storms, gathering speed and strength and attacking from the east and the west. The dawn’s shadow, a fog-covered sky, hovers over a mountain-top far too high to climb. In the beginning there was light… but now, not even a shred of evidence that it ever existed is found inside this lighthouse.
