Well as you can read the name of this, it is my story and about my time at the zoo so before I get too ahead of myself. My name is Rachel and I'm 14 I live somewhere out there in America so take a minute or two and Read.

It was the last day of school and I was so looking forward to it, because that was the day the whole school took a field trip to the zoo, and I get to see my favorite animal PENGUINS! I love penguins they're so cute I could go on for days about them but I know you don't have much time so anyway, I sat in class waiting and waiting listening to my boring " Homeroom teacher " tell everyone especially Dylan McKay not to act up, Dylan McKay always found some way to mess up the class trip.

I really don't see why they let him come along but I'm not the teacher...though if I was he would stay at the school. Dylan gave a smile and acted as if he was innocent when we all knew different he was talking to his friends and I was sitting two desks away from him and overheard all the conversation.

Dylan was saying how he was going to pull some prank on Mrs. Johnson who was just telling him not to do anything to misrepresent the school. I guess he felt me looking at him and turned in my direction I gave him the meanest look I could and told him that he'd better not do anything to mess up us going to the zoo. Dylan looked at me kinda surprised for a sec then said in a really sarcastic and annoying way, “I won't do anything to keep us from going to the Zoo.” I knew he was going to do something but I couldn't be bothered with him now I was too excited about going.

I saw my friend Jasmine and went over to talk to her and she was excited as I was. Jasmine and I had been friends for as long as I can remember when she was over my house last weekend we watched the new penguin movie on DVD we watched the little penguins do their dance it was so cool. Mrs. Johnson said that we'd be leaving as soon as the bus got to the school under my breathe I was saying " c'mon bus driver, c'mon bus driver."

Mrs. Johnson then went into a thing about how the Zoo had built this new wing onto it and that it had a lot of technical stuff in it, that we had to be careful. I was not really listening to this part I was too into the conversation that Jasmine and I was having, little did I know that at the Zoo things were falling into place that would change my whole world.

Dr. Livingston was a scientist at the Zoo and he worked in the new wing with all the technical crap and he just got fired because he wanted to do experiments with animals and was caught doing so, so they let him go but he got mad and snuck onto the property and started doing experiments on people.

The bus arrived about 30 minutes later we got on the bus and was on our way some people started to sing I sang at the top of my lungs. I was so excited I was jumping up and down and Jasmine joined me I loved all the turns and dips the bus took we were followed by one more bus this bus had all the other teachers on it and since a lot of people didn't show up there weren't that many kids. When we arrived at the Zoo things looked great on the outside but on the inside, things were not so good. We were greeted by the Zoo greeter person but he was not the same person, usually we are taken around by a slim guy that looked kind of like a scarecrow in shorts but this guy was kind of fat with a balding head.
