A poem I wrote on a particularly boring day.

No passion, compassion
no love of the game
no care for the portrait
but fashion the frame
all these empty words
like family, like friends
if pitched the right way
a means to an end
and doomsday's advent
we can sell our own soul
and money is money and money's a hole
