GET ME OUT OF THIS MAZE: Bilingual poem


Do you really love me?
Do you fancy my ways?
If you love me tell me why
Your heart for others sways.

I have constant company
Of your thoughts and your dreams.
But are you ever with me?
To me it rarely seems.

I can sacrifice my all
Desires if you so wish.
Without you I am simply,
Out of water, a fish.

I wish I could forget all,
My love, in your love’s haze.
But this uncertainty kills.
Get me out of this maze.

अगर हमें चाहते हो प्यार हमें तुम करते हो
तो फिर देख पराई सूरत क्योंकर मरते हो

दिल में केवल ख़्याल तुम्हारे, ख़्वाब तुम्हारे हैं
मगर तुम्हारे मन में क्या अहसास हमारे हैं

तुमको पाने की ख़ातिर अपना सब कुछ हारा
जल बिन मीन सरीखी हालत, सब तुम पर वारा

दिल चाहता है भूल सभी कुछ पाए तुम्हारा प्यार
है या नेह नहीं है इतना बतला दो इक बार.
